For 8th grade microbiology, each teacher needs to order the Emerging and Re-emerging Diseases unit from NIH (National Institute of Health). You can order them or down load them for free at http://science.education.nih.gov/home2.nsf/feature/index.htm
Look at all titles and see what could help you are another grade level. The materials are free and of great quality, but you can only order one copy per person.

I have several activities for Chemistry such as Endothermic/Exothermic reactions and factors that regulate speed of reactions. If you would like the Word document send me an email and I will get them to you since they have not been uploaded into resources yet:)
